Access
Logged-in members see their orders automatically. As a guest, enter the email address you bought with and request an access link — it is valid for a limited time and shows only your own orders.
Downloads
- Tickets (PDF): all tickets of an order in one file — also re-downloadable later
- Receipt (PDF): the organizer’s receipt for your purchase
- Credit note (PDF): issued automatically when tickets were refunded
If the organizer cancels an event or date, your online tickets are refunded automatically and you are notified by email.
