1. No right of withdrawal for event tickets and participation fees

For contracts concerning tickets and participation slots for events that take place on a specific date or within a specific period, there is no right of withdrawal pursuant to § 312g (2) no. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB) (services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance). The purchase is binding upon completion of the order process.

These contracts are concluded with the respective organiser (see https://mmdb.musoc.de/agb-en, Part C).

Independently of the above: if an event or a date is cancelled by the organiser, paid amounts are automatically refunded in full via the original payment method.

2. Instructions on withdrawal for package purchases (contracts with us)

The following instructions apply to consumers purchasing paid packages on musoc.de (contracting party: Munich Song Connection, Adunistr. 11, 81369 Munich, Germany).

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Munich Song Connection, Adunistr. 11, 81369 Munich, Germany, mail@musoc.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires, in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if we have begun performance of the contract after you have expressly consented to the performance of the contract beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal upon the beginning of the performance of the contract.
